I had an excellent experience with Coastal Material Handling and its owner, Kenny W. I originally visited the business because I needed to rent a forklift to receive and transport a very large commercial printer. Kenny took the time to understand my situation and helped me come up with a workable solution. When the shipping company unexpectedly delivered the printer without confirming the date or time with me, Kenny accepted the delivery, inspected the crate, and took photographs to document its condition. I would also like to recognize Michael, the forklift operator, for carefully unloading the 111-inch printer crate from the delivery truck and placing it safely inside the warehouse. His careful handling helped ensure that such a large and valuable piece of equipment was protected. Kenny’s kindness, professionalism, flexibility, and willingness to help made what could have been a very stressful situation go smoothly.
